September brought Taraki closer to the tools hiring teams already use every day. Gmail and Google Calendar now connect with Taraki, analytics and reporting are live, and the Taraki website has been completely redesigned.

Send Candidate Emails from Your Own Gmail

Candidate emails used to go out from a Taraki address, so they never showed up in the recruiter's own inbox. Every team member can now connect their own Gmail account and send all candidate emails through it.

What's New

• Connect your Gmail account from the Integrations page.

• Candidate emails go out directly from your own Gmail address.

• Every email is saved in your Gmail Sent folder.

• Teams that share a hiring inbox can have two members connect the same Gmail account.

Interviews Now Sync with Google Calendar

Scheduling an interview meant switching between Taraki and a calendar. Recruiters can now connect Google Calendar and schedule interview calls directly from Taraki.

• Schedule interview calls with candidates from Taraki.

• Every interview is added to your Google Calendar.

• Rescheduling or cancelling an interview on Taraki updates your calendar automatically.
