Product Update: August 2026
August focused on the hiring experience on Taraki. We went through the job posting flow and the emails candidates receive, and fixed the small things that got in the way. Three improvements are now live for employers: candidate email templates, multi-currency salary ranges, and an optional city field for remote jobs.
Candidate Email Templates
Recruiters no longer need to write the same email to every candidate. Emails to candidates now start from a ready template for the type of message being sent, and are personalised with the candidate's name and role before sending.

Salary in Any Currency
Until now, every salary range on Taraki had to be entered in PKR, even when the role was paid in another currency. Employers can now select the currency when posting a job, and candidates see the salary exactly as it is paid.

Optional City for Remote Jobs
Remote jobs do not have a city, but the job posting form still required one. The city field is now optional for remote roles. For on-site and hybrid roles the city remains required, since candidates use it to filter jobs.

Indeed Distribution
Jobs published on Taraki will automatically be posted to Indeed, alongside the existing Google Jobs and LinkedIn integrations.
Google Calendar Integration
Recruiters will be able to schedule interviews directly from Taraki, with invites sent to candidates and the hiring team through Google Calendar.
Custom AI Scoring
Employers will be able to define what the AI match score weighs for a specific role, so scoring reflects the criteria that matter for that position.
